PURPOSE.

To assist leaders in fulfilling their potential, Tiffany has an in depth understanding of how to operationalise people’s goals, elicit insight and support the development of individuals and teams.

Tiffany’s practice is evidence-based, underpinned by solution-focused cognitive-behavioural methods. She brings a pragmatic, strengths-based approach to leadership coaching.

Tiffany believes that effective coaching is built on trust. She enjoys working with her clients to find meaning and connection with their goals and assisting them in making informed decisions in fast-paced uncertain environments.

Tiffany has a global client base from high performance cultures across a range of industries including law, technology, retail and not-for-profit.

Leadership coaching is available for individuals and teams from all levels including future leaders, current senior management and C-Suite executives.
